Specialties & Therapeutic Style
What to Expect
A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. Therapy with me is centered on you and your unique experience. My goal is to help you deepen insight while developing practical tools to navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Who I Often Work With
Neurodivergent Folks
Individuals who identify as neurodivergent (such as autistic or ADHD) and are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their needs, and ways to move through the world with greater self-trust and sustainability.
LGBTQ+ / Queer Folks
Individuals and partners seeking an affirming space to explore identity, connection, and emotional well-being while showing up more fully and authentically in their lives.
Insight-Oriented Folks
Individuals who are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel the lasting impact of trauma, identity wounds, or environments that required them to adapt in order to belong.
Therapeutic Style
My style is warm, collaborative, and emotionally attuned. I believe therapy works best in a space where you feel safe enough to be fully human.
❋ Experiential
Experiential therapy moves beyond insight alone, inviting you to engage with emotions in real time rather than only talking about them. My work draws from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and I am actively pursuing certification.
❋ Trauma- Informed
A trauma-informed approach recognizes how past experiences shape the nervous system and sense of self, allowing therapy to unfold at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
❋ Attachment-Based
Attachment-based therapy explores how early relationships influence the ways we connect and seek closeness, creating space for more secure and fulfilling relationships
❋ Parts Work
Parts work helps us understand the different aspects of ourselves so we can move toward greater self-compassion and internal harmony.
