Meet Kaitlyn

As a neurodivergent therapist, I know what it’s like to move through the world feeling different. Surrounded by the silent pressure to perform a version of yourself that doesn’t quite fit the social narrative. My own journey has taught me the power of safe, affirming spaces. The places where you don’t have to mask or shrink to belong.

Because of these experiences, I bring that same ethos into the therapy room: warm, real, a little nerdy, and deeply curious about your story. Whether we’re exploring relationships, identity, trauma, or simply the heaviness of being human, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and creativity. Helping to move toward greater self-understanding and authenticity fueled by emotional ease.

Alongside my lived experience, my clinical training has further shaped this dedication. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and went on to receive my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles.

My clinical work has included supporting children navigating ASD and ADHD within a boarding school setting, helping adults with developmental disabilities build job and life skills, and volunteering within LGBTQIA2S+ community spaces. These experiences continue to shape my neurodiversity-affirming, relational approach to therapy and reflect my deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth. I am currently developing a side project focused on expanding support for these communities.
